Know Before You Play
Facility Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all players, guests, and spectators must follow these rules at all times.
General Conduct
- —All players, spectators, and guests must behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
- —Aggressive behavior, fighting, threatening language, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate removal from the facility.
- —Frederick Footy reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises without refund.
- —All participants must sign a liability waiver before playing.
Equipment & Attire
- —Proper athletic footwear is required. Outdoor cleats (metal or hard plastic) are strictly prohibited on the turf.
- —Turf shoes, futsal shoes, or flat-soled athletic shoes are recommended.
- —Shin guards are strongly recommended for all league and camp activities.
- —Teams in leagues must wear matching jerseys or bibs provided by the facility.
Game Rules
- —All games are played under standard indoor soccer rules unless otherwise stated by staff.
- —No slide tackling is permitted.
- —The referee's decision is final. Arguing with referees will result in a yellow or red card.
- —Red-carded players must leave the field and may face additional suspension pending review.
Bookings & Punctuality
- —Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking or league game.
- —Bookings forfeited due to late arrival are non-refundable.
- —Field time ends at the scheduled time regardless of start time. Please be courteous to the next group.
- —Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Spectators & Guests
- —Spectators are welcome but must remain in designated viewing areas.
- —Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- —Spectators may not enter the playing field during active games.
- —Disruptive spectators may be asked to leave the facility.
Prohibited Items
- —Smoking, vaping, and tobacco products are strictly prohibited inside the facility.
- —Alcohol is not permitted on the premises unless authorized for a private event.
- —Glass containers are not allowed anywhere in the facility.
- —Pets are not permitted inside the facility.
Photography & Media
- —Photography and video for personal use is permitted.
- —Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval from management.
- —Do not photograph or film other participants without their consent.
Liability & Safety
- —Frederick Footy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- —Play at your own risk. Participants are responsible for their own physical fitness and health.
- —Report any injuries or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
- —Emergency exits are clearly marked — familiarize yourself with their locations.
